EYE looks back on the successful and still current program “Looking for America” which took place from October till December 2016. How does the age-old ideal of a ‘land of the free and home of the brave’ relate to the difficult reality of today? EYE sets off on a journey in the company of more unconventional American filmmakers from the world of independent film.
