Esther Kokmeijer (1977) premiered her work Sheep. Using photo galleries, videos, maps and diary excerpts, she reports on her travels, thoughts, research and ideas.

The Dolf Henkes Prize is Rotterdam's most important award for visual artists. The biennial award is in recognition and encouragement of Rotterdam's artistic talent. The jury, headed by collector Joop van Caldenborgh, nominated the artists for a chance to win €12,000. The exhibition of the nominees took place at TENT from 27 November 2014 to 18 January 2015. The Dolf Henkes Prize 2014 nominees were Silvia B., Esther Kokmeijer, Ewoud van Rijn, and Lidwien van de Ven. On Thursday 18 December 2014 the winner was announced: Lidwien van de Ven.

In a series of photos and text, a personal travelogue with universal implications unfolds around her journey from China to the Land Art Biennial in Mongolia in the company of a sheep.
