The architecture of the Amsterdam School is famous all over the world. Not many people know that the Amsterdam School also produced spectacular designs for the interior.

The Stedelijk Museum presented a major retrospective of this expressive movement including furniture, lamps and clocks from April 9th up until August 28th 2016.

This series of three short videos was developed for the Workshop, an educational space in the exhibition. Learn more about the use of color, tools and woodcarving in the Amsterdam School.
